I use thinner. And I'm not a very experienced reborner, but I've heard that sometimes paint doesn't stick to certain vinyls sometimes. One of them is Doll Dreams vinyl. If yours is a Doll Dreams kit, I can tell you what to do so that your paint will adhere.
I had problems with that too. Now I wait for the paint to dry completely before putting it into the oven, double check my oven temperature and often leave the parts in the oven for 10 minutes, never more than that. Also, Buffington suggested to stir the paints well in their jars before mixing them with the thinner. It works better sometimes if you use Genesis thinning medium. I sometimes put a little medium, and a few drops of oily thinner, and I didn't have problems with that combination.
I once melted my dolls finger - it touched the metal of the oven, and it was too hot for it, so it got a little flat (luckilly, it didn't changed its colour). I heated it up with my heatgun and it got back to normal. I don't know what to do with a bubble, never happened to me. Maybe it was already there, and the heat from the oven made it bigger?
