handshake.gif I WON!!!!!!clap.gif Late last night I checked my email and saw that PayPal sent me an email. I was so stressed with this whole thing that two nights ago I dreamt I had lost the casecry  When I opened it, it said they had come to a conclusion and decided in my favor! I was sooooo happy! That has taken a load off my mind. In the process I've learned a good lesson though.....

1. Continue explaining things out in detail
2. Continue to take alot of close-up pics
3. Make the refund policy clear in the auction itself
4. Set a time limit on the return
5. To state more clearly in the auction that the doll is not a play toy, not for children, and that if it is altered in any way it cannot be returned.

I will of course see if I need to make any other revisions. However, it is good to know that they didn't side with a woman who obviously wanted to get a discount on the doll. She still didn't send the pics I requested to show me the "so-called damage" she was claiming.

Anyhoo, that's the latest news on that issue. Be sure to block her!!!!! I hope no one ever has to go through that mess!
