I ordered the Diana head and body parts . She has a wrinkly forehead. I kept looking at the doll head I got and it looked wrong. It looked too small and narrow, but it had the right eyes and the wrinkly forehead, so I started on it! I keep thinking it doesn't look like Diana, so I went to the Secrist site and looked again at Diana's picture...yup, wrinkly forehead, pronounced chin...but then I looked at the top of the page and I saw Paris! He has a wrinkly forehead, too and that's when I realized I got him instead!
They gave me Paris and I already painted it! My order page says Diana!furious

I emailed them and told them the mix up and that I wanted Diana head at N/C because Paris is a smaller head and I ordered limbs for Diana, not Paris! I know they can be interchanged, but I am pi**ed!furious

No wonder this head looks like an elf!  It's not one, but I knew Diana looked a bit different than this! I kept thinking because of the forehead wrinkles that it must be her and that maybe they changed the mold after the picture was put in the catalogue...
I told Secrist I could email them pictures to see it is in fact Paris if they want me to so they don'think I am just trying to get a free head.

I am also P***ed as the doe suede body I ordered for the next Rosie kit came with string ties and not cable ties! What is going on with the Secrist packagers?

I have seen doe suade bodys come with string ties. Unless it said cable ties or had a picture , you probably got the right thing :)

This Sara Zata, I have been unable to logon to the site for 2 days, Pat is there any way you can help me, I have tried my name and pass word gone back to emails and still not able to access the forum. I domnt know if this will let me post, but it is driving me nuts, not that I'm not already. LOL.   XXXXXX      June.

I never log off either. I always check the box stating to leave me on. But I do know that when I empty my cookies that it takes that always log in away and I have to enter that info again.
I would pm you June but I don't think you can access your mail if you're not logged in.

If you come in and read this June... put in your name, whatever that is for the forum. Then click on forgot my password. They should send it to your e-mail addy right away (the one you gave when you signed up for the forum). And make sure the CAPS is not on if you used lower case letters. I'm sorry hun, this is all I can do. I don't have access to the passwords and I think that it's all automatic so I'm not sure if the office will know either. Maybe when you get back in to the forum, you can pm me with your name and pw so that I will have it just in case (I'd do that for you kiddo! No worries) :)

And the office is closed till Monday hun, so there's not even anyone there to help. :o So hope you get in soon. HUGS
