I think the purplish wash was a mistake for me....tryin to fix her now...this kit seems to be much more softer than the other BB kits..making it difficult to root also...
I'm using the Slumberland Baby Brown Kid on her..well it's very soft(but lost its sheen) and cheaper than dawn marie's..is it better? Not sure yet

Even tho' dawn maries is often more than double the price of Slumberland..I'd still buy it again...another thing about Slumberlands is this batch was a bit short in length...

Just finished the first layer of hair...and she's not looking that sweet right now..just to cover up her unpleasantness I will add another layer of hair..her bod's assembled already(I ran out of funds so I used a full limbs cloth body instead of a 3/4 cloth body,the Puddlin kit called for a 3/4 limbs cloth body)and sorta fastened the lovely RuPert Tummy and Tussie plates to the make-shift cloth body..the body and limbs are weighed.

And the point here is I should not be so angry and disappointed...I lost my storage room and now I have less space to work on my dolls..the hairdryer idea is not really working out at all..the paint is not fully setting and I have to repaint again and again(the toaster oven gets much too and its too small for the kits head)I do not have a real oven to use...I'm in constaint pains(from my COPD)..and the shakes are often making it even harder to  not mess up.. the steadiness I need with this art work is gone

From the looks of her right now...she's not my best work yet and she's my 7th kit already...and like a drunk with my progress..it's one step forward and two steps back...

Hi there Steve, you can post you pictures of Puddin, you just have to post under ARTIST SHOWCASE................ That is the only place any of us are allowed to put Pictures, and it doesn't only have to be about reborning, it can be your work space, as I also post about Porcelain Doll and classes I do in there so all the BEST FRIENDS we have all made can see and comment on them. Take a look at two of my topics, Mother and Daughter Class, and Porcelain Doll Class, they are under Artist Shoiwcase. I would lov e to see your work and comment on her as to how you can improve her. DO you realize how many friends you have on here. The post you made about the walls being your only frineds, well you are wrong, I will PM you. XXXXXX June. By ther way cant com ment on your other post as you must not have written anything in there.

Don't have a camera or a cell phone with a camera..this Puddin kit has just about broke the camel's back..if I do finish her up..soon I pray..my last kit..for quite some time will be the Holly kit...taking a break away from this art..I proved to myself..I'm just not getting any better at it..my latest babies are looking worse than my first couple..nearly a waste of money,effort and time(well sort of)..and I'm terrible at following lessons
