Did you try the Aleene's paper glaze?

You can get it at Wally World, or any craft store that carry's the Aleenes Paper Glaze, I use it for the wet look on the babies lips, and a light Glossy look on the nails.

I know you can use that paper glaze to make spit bubbles, Myself I haven't tried it as I am waiting for that right face!

It's a suggestion I dont' know if it would work but it could. And you don't need to bake it it air drys...

I imagine you can make it similar to the way you make a spit bubble. Haven't done it myself yet.

I got my paper glaze from Joann fabric and crafts, I just squeezed a drop from the bottle.
