biggrinbiggrin   my baby just turned 11 , we had his party today . it seems like i just had him .  we  pit roasted a deer stuffed with pumkin ,cattail(frozen) and oions .we also had  fried frog legs .fried rabbit,spicey pumkin soup(canned) cornbread and polk salad.needless to say i've been cooking for 2 days.my oldest son provided the deer and frog legs,  we did a pinuta for him too.it seemed like he had a good time. my babies growing up......boo hoo.                                  sage   aww

We do grow up so fast one minute your teaching us to walk and the next we are graduting from high school and getting married!!! Spoken from a daughter! lol

Sounds like you had a feast....I think. Some of that stuff I don't recognize as food.....:)

They do grow up. My baby just turned 10, and the oldest is 18. Amazingly, they both act the same age. LOL

Oh hon...it keeps getting worse and worse...wait until you take him to Jr. high..where the girls are 5'5 and 40-20-30 lol and they lookie at your baby with that longing in their eyes and you just want to scratch them out.  oh..sorry...got carried away...


Like POOR POOH BEAR.. Lisellecry.do you have that baby done yet and does he have some eyes??  Looks spooky...a little

LOL...  yes, I don't recognize some of that food either, but it sounds like fun.  I have 4 daughters and my twins (the babies) are old enough to have their own kids already.  They don't, but surely you must think  I'm ready for "the home" with kids that old.  I'm not too old to remember that junior high/middle school was awful--especially, for my shy, honor roll girls who had trouble standing up for themselves.  I'm sure principals from 2 different schools in 2 different states were ecstatic when my kids were out of their schools.
