Ofcoarse after the first couple of compliments and interested parties in the resturant and 6 young girls in the resturant were totally amazed at the sight of Angie, nothing was gonna embarass me,I was only able to display one baby, but I was able to show to other 2 I also had with me...(I had them in the cloth carrying bag)I proudly displayed my Angie in full view to hundreds and hundreds of astounded people...all good comments and vibes...I passed out about 20-25 flyers to interested people and another 15 to shops and stands at the festival...
3 or 4 of the people/couples/families were very very interested in my creations....I got my fingers crossed...
What is the next step in displaying my babies? Carry it in my arms while walking around with it?
I've even had police men and women stop and ask about how I created them...they were really amazed at the realism that they had....

Wonderful news! I hope you get lots of sales. I would think the next step might be displaying your babies on you webpage. Detail photos ect. Craft and doll shows maybe? I think your doing great though just taking them out for a stroll around town!

Have you built your web page yet? If not, you can make one from free webs, that's how i did mine. Would love to see your creations. Yes there is no better way to promote your work, than taking them out for the public to see. Good one for having the courage. XXXXX June.

I hope you make a sale. Two women from my church said they wanted one of my babies, people always say that until I tell them the price, so we will see what they have to say Sunday.
Yes, Good Luck Dee. You can give a little to make the sale but explain how long it takes to create these babies, it is almost like a short labour. If I take mine to the doll shows or like on Saturday, to a Festival, the price I put on them is what I want. I would rather bring them home than give them away for cost. XXXXX June.
hopefully one (or both) will just have to have one Dee. BOL..... my favorite thing is to do a little rooting in front people . it kinda gets the point across that the baby didn't happen over night. SAGE
People just don't realize the time and expense that goes into the creating process. I had a lady my sister works with that fell in love with a baby that did and want it I told her they aren't cheap and aren't cheaply made, the price reflects this, she said she didn't care she wanted it......that was in January ..... still waiting.....LOL
