Here is precious little Isaiah Thomas, created by me from the Zinny sculpt by Marita Winters.  He has already been adopted by a wonderful new DF mommy.  I so enjoyed making this little boy, and I hope you enjoy seeing his pictures!

Well this is my very first post as I have just joined this forum, but I have been soaking up all the information that I can gleam from here before I start my first doll.

What an absoutely beautiful baby. If I didnt know it was a doll, I would swear it was a real baby.

Have fun with your first baby! I have only made two so far, but for me that first one was extra special.

Andrea, let me ask you this. I haven't seen the unpainted sculpt, so I'm not sure what you started with, but how did you get his AA Skintone to look so real? I mean, it's flawless! Did you dye the kit to get the evenness?

Wow! Thank you so much everybody! Now, to answer your questions:

KristisCuties, all he has is water in his hair! I also mixed it with some spray on conditioner, which gives it a nice shine.

Liselle, I started with a very white kit. I did not use any dye. I built up the color with many, many layers of Genesis paint. It was a lot of work, but so worth it.

Mactopolis, I'm very sorry, but he's already sold. :) I showed one picture of him on another forum and he sold almost immediately.
