Has anyone else had issues with it? I've been trying to PM a member, in response to one recieved and it keeps telling me message is too long. It's not. I just replied to another one and it went thru just fine. It's very frustrating, and I just don't understand why it's not working properly.

Is it something that's just started? I was able to pm someone 4 days ago without any trouble but I haven't tried recently.

No, not the internet connection. We play an online MMORPG and have no lag issues there. I don't have problems SENDING them, just replying to them.

No Kim, no problem here I just sent you a fake reply from a message you sent me awhile ago and it went through fine. Maybe Pat or Linda can figure out why you aren't able to reply to your pm's

I hope so too. And yes it started recently. I replied earlier to one with no problem, but most of them don't go thru. So if you PM me and don't get a reply, that's why.

I PM'd you, Liselle.  Let's see if we can duplicate the problem to gain more insight.  

Questions:

Do you have problems PM'ing a specific forum member?  If so, the problem may be on his/her end.

Does the PM to a member go through sometimes and not other times?

Does the problem occur when PM'ing more than one member?

Just tested the theory. It's one particular member. I've been able to sucessfully REPLY to everyone else with NO issues. Wonder why?

I don't know. Seems strange since all of us are in the same forum. Have you tried clicking on their name in a post and pm'ing them that way?
Since it's just one specific member, maybe it's on their end. Let them know that you are having issues with pm'ing them so they don't think you're not. :o
Let me know if it works to pm on their own turf.
