I haven't received my parcel from Secrist

I don't know, what to do. In May I ordered something from Secrist through this site. And after 8-10 days I've received my parcel. It was so quickly, that I was really wondered!

Then on the 4th of June I ordered some others things. On the 7th of June they took money for shipping from my credit card and I got a letter of shipping confirmation (without tracking number). And I'm still waiting for my parcel. I asked on the site through asking question - I told them that I need to know the tracking number for I can track my parcel - AND THERE IS NO ANSWER AT ALL! cry

I don't know, how I can find any information about my parcel. It is very expensive to phone to Secrist office from Russia, and also I can't speak so fluently and it is difficult for me to understand the person, who speaks by phone (without seeing his or her face smile)

Can you help me? My order number is 82464. Of course, I can wait, if it is a post mistake. But I ordered eye, eye-lashes and doe suede body for the Daphne kit and I need to send its to lady, that is reborning my doll for me now. I don't have money to buy all its again. ashamed

I am very pleased to Joanna from Secrist office. She kindly answered and wrote me the tracking number. But neither Russian not US web-site give any information about my parcel. I understand nothing! Is there any idea what to do now?

I had the same problem with a Canadian post before. I received tracking number but could not track once it came over the border. It took awhile but it finally came. I recently bought something from the Uk and same problem It's been almost a week and a half...maybe things are just slow with the postal service? Sorry I wasn't of much help maybe when Pat or Linda pop in they will be able to advise you what else you can do.

If you ordered it from the Secrist site in the USA, just e-mail:

support@secristdolls.com. I know that they probably only worked Wed and Thurs this week because of the 4th of July holiday. And they're not open on Fridays anyway so it made for a very short week.

Valentina, I would say to send them an e-mail and ask if they know anything. Especially since they took out the money some time ago.
