i use wonder wafers , i cut them up and put pieces in the head,limbs and one in the body .or you can wrap one in polyfill and tuck it in the diaper. congrats on takeing the plunge. you told him the rulz right? babies before hubbies.....babies rule and hubbies buy their supplies. sage aww

well I did that to Morgan and after about 2 months, I couldn't stand to smell her head so I took her apart and cleaned her up. I think sometimes it's enough to just sprinkle baby powder into the body. The wafers I think are over powerful In fact when I used one, I just cut a sliver of it and wrapped it in cotton and put it in the head. That's one good thing about the secrist kits..they already have a sweet baby smelll without adding anything. Oh and I also got some oil from England and it was 10.00 for .33 ounce. It says just a drop in each limb and head. Well I just didn't know if it would hurt the vinyl down the road. I had sold one doll to a lady in calif and she said the baby smelled like TAlc and she didn't really like it, so I told her how to remove it and she said it was okay...that was the way baby smelled, so she would keep it that way. Oh..I have a custom order and I sold little Morgan. (not a lot..not even what she cost, but it's for Jerry's grand daughter. I fixed her one last year and she loved it...a Morgan. let me get her picture. 75.00 The second two pictures is Honey...a redo that I messed up..then I got her too fair for her arms and legs, so I used the Claire Taylor ones from the girl twin. I didn't like her head.

gosh those babies are sweet, i want to start a snuggle fest just looking at them. i bought baby powder oil also but i use it in my conditener on their hair. i sent baby maddy with a wafer in her diaper that way if her mommy didn't like the scent she could toss it. sage aww

What cute little babies!!!! They are so priceless. As to the wonder wafers I have never used them. I use the Johnson and Johnson baby powder on the fiber fill. then I place the fiber fill in the body. I have to smell it to see if it's enough... lol sounds silly after I read it but it works. I sometimes add or don't add extra cause some people can't stand the strong smell.

I had someone send me a doll with some sort of spray it smelled so good! I don't know what she used and haen't found the scent since but this would allow you to control the smell and strength. I personally found a seller on ebay that makes her on scented satchels that last forever, they come in different scents but I love the baby powder on. I started using them 2 years ago and so far they still smell the same as they did when I first bought them.

I just love a beautiful smell that complements a reborn baby... I wish I could use other smells but I have bad allergies and some smells and I react in a not so nice way... usually me yelling at it that it stinks. lol

however, I am very careful to take my b/f and mom with me to be my little lab rats when I want to buy a smell and I don't want the reaction.. I am soo mean. Laughing as I think of the last time. I haven't bought a beautiful Heavenly smell in ever...
