She's a cutie. Just one tip: in the future, you should add some more thinner to your paints to avoid the "chalky" look. Yes, this is even for the Authentic Reborn paints, regardless of what Secrist may say. I personally always add a bit of thinner to those paints, and like them much better. This will really help. Otherwise, great job!

sometimes at the finish of my doll if it looks a little bit like that I also take the thinning medium and put it on the doll like you would lotion and then it just absorbs it so it doesn't look greasy or anything. Did you use the gloss varnish on the nails? You did such a great job. I can't get those tips on there good...maybe I should send the hands and feet to you to do the nails..lol

Yes, I use the gloss on the nails. I like it because it just adds a little sheen but not a high shine that would look fake. I never heard of using the thinning medium on the doll like lotion. Do you heat it in the oven after you apply it?
