Classes in TN?

Is there anyone who could teach a class in TN?  Around the Nashville area preferably, or even in Pigeon Forge (east TN)?  There are TONS of tourist and doll collectors in Pigeon Forge (the home of Dolly Pardon/Dollywood and the Smokey Mountains)

I have been looking for some time now for a class in this area, and I have not found anyone.  I am mostly interested in learning the rooting technique in person.  I need to have the visual in person.

I haven't heard of anyone teaching the class in TN, but I will definitely keep my eyes and ears open for you!
