First Secrist kit in a while...

I haven't done a Secrist kit in a while, but this is the second time I've done
"Pinky" and I just love her to bits.  I think she's a bit under-appreciated as a blank
kit, but she makes a lovely reborn.

Congratulations!

She is truely lovely, you have done a spectacular job on her rooting, how long did it take, did you use the new german folked needle. XXXX June.

Thank you all for sharing your thoughts on Pinky. I'm beyond flattered by your words. As for the rooting, I can only guess how long it took. I only root for a short while and take a break, so a ten-hour head can take me several days to complete. I would guess Pinky took about 12 hours of rooting. And, no, I didn't use the German needle. I like them for the softer vinyl, but I find Secrist vinyl to be too resistant for that needle, so I used a 38g crown 3-barb. When it picked up too many hairs, I just plucked some back out.
