Just signed up so the site is foreign to me right now.  Where do I see the clothing you're talking about.   Also I was reading a thread on a vinyl head splitting and was trying to see the picture everyone was commenting on as if they could see it.  I don't know where to find this either.  Please help.
thanks.

Don't hold the gun any closer than 3-4 inches away. Go in a circular pattern and count 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, then remove. Watch for the paint to turn matte. If you get shiny's after you are heating you went to slow.

Thanks so much for the advice on the heatgun.I am a bit weary but after all the health scares they have said I thought it would be a better way to go.I will let you know how I get on.

Just make sure you keep the gun moving and don't stop in any one area!
Also, If you're doing a doll over 12" I personally woudn't use the heat gun. I (IMHO) don't think it gets all the areas cured so they won't be permanent.
