I think Seth is lovely, his hair looks great.
Were they the fork needles you used? I keep thinking about giving them a try as I have seen some very realistic looking hair done with them.

Hi Karen,

Thanks for your reply and kind words. Yes, I was using a fork needle. Somewhat difficult to get used to, but worth the effort. I did notice that with this needle I tended to root the hair farther through the vinyl and some actually got rooted into the rice sock I was using to keep the vinyl warm and were pulled out with the sock. Good thing I tend to root heavily!!

I think I will give them a try, I tend to lose a little hair from the outside and have to go back over and reroot a few holes so if they make it root deeper I may be onto a winner.

The rooting of his hair is fantastic, will have to try and find out if we can get the forked neeles in Oz. XXXX June. PS. Forgot to say Seth looks wonderfull too. disbelief

You should be able to get the 42 or 43 guage needles there in OZ hun. They are sometimes called German forked or German no barb needles.
