neck adaptors

Could any of you talented people tell me where I can get an Ashton Drake neck adaptor piece?  Small size?  The one with the rounded top?
I have a kit to make up and the head came without a neck. 
I've been on a treasure hunt to find one for two months with no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated.
