I like how you have him in a gown with the hat, it shows the details on his feet well. Your auction pics are very clear and that will get you somewhere. People don't realize just how important good clear, crisp pics are in a sales situation.

Best of luck with his auction.

Baby Samuel is absolutely the prettiest most real looking reborn I've ever seen!  He's just wonderful!  I hope you will get a high price for him he's GREAT!  May I ask what kind of putty you use for the paci?  I thinking of trying museum putty but second thought is that the paci would never come out!

Awwww, thanks for the compliment. He actually didn't sell on ebay.
I think I'll keep him, because I just can't get myself to part with him.
I love him so much.

I used a blue putty for the pacifier. There's various brand names.
I think one of them is Handi-Tak.
You can find it in some grocery stores, or Wal-Mart, or craft stores.
It's supposed to be used for putting posters on walls and things like that.
It works great for pacis, though.
Stays on but leaves no residue when you take it off.

Well I would say since he didn't sell and you love him so much, maybe that is the way it was meant to be this time eh? :)

Awwww he just looks like a little sweetie.  He looks like he would be a few weeks early the way they did the bottoms of his feet.  You can do a gestational age by looking at the prints.  I don't blame you for keeping him.  Heck..you need a couple to cuddle and spoil...look at me...I have about a dozen or maybe more...hummmm oh welll...lol The picture of your hand holding his little head just looked like you just adored him.  ehhh I'm the old sentimental one.  I just love the innocence that each baby has...so untouched by this world.   Good job.
