Wow, thanks everyone. It's so nice to start the week with such great confidence
boosting comments. This tiny sculpt is incredibly packed with detail and it was
fun to try to enhance that. I'm calling her Sawyer for now, but, of course, her new
Mom will have the final say. I do really appreciate your compliments, and wouldn't
mind constructive criticism if you're so inclined.

With this one, I don't think there is anything to criticise, she is Prefect. I have no problem in letting people now where they can improve. Even though I don't know much about Genesis, I do know a lovely piece of art when I see it and she is so sweet. Making multi award winning Porcelain dolls, looking at all the artists Work that have one awards in this new form of doll making, I think I can comment on yours truthfully. XXXX June.

WOW, she is beautiful. Where did you get her curly hair from. I would like to find some but I'm not sure where to find good quality curly mohair.

Thanks, everyone. My little cutie has found her new Mom (my first sale through eBay). Michelle, I have a few sources for mohair that I like, but Nevaeh's hair came from bbbeliever on eBay. She has lovely hair for a reasonable price.

I have sent for my mohair from the ebay dealer. I got a soft light brown. I have 5 angora goat hydes (with the hair still on them) and none of them are remotely curly like your bub here. So I had to send for some.
I should get it in a few days and I'll keep you all posted on how that bunch of hair works. I know it can be hard to find excellent hair for the babies. Secrist should have some ultra premium mohair in this next spring. That stuff was TDF! I think dollsbysandie (a Secrist dealer) still has some in stock if anyone needs some fairly straight wonderful mohair.
