I just can't become a member of the forum I get email from everyone else but I can't see a turn registration email and my registration says that it is still pending it has been that way for months. I know you don't have to be a member to post but to recieve any info you can not be pm'd.

If you are the one that e-mailed me, we are working on finding the problem. I think June from OZ had a similar problem. Maybe she'll come on here and let you know. In the mean time, hang in there
I am still having the same problem. I never receive a confirmation email for a members login. I get a note on the Secrist forum screen that reads: (An email will be sent shortly confirming my account info. If unable to retreive your confirmation email please contact the administrator of this forum and ask them to release your information). I also checked my spam filter and it's not being blocked. I'm just not recieving it. I did receive one several months ago that said "account pending" but I haven't received anything else. I hope someone can help because it won't let me use an avatar, get private emails etc. and I need to type in all my info everytime so my name shows up instead of anonymous. I also have to type in a code everytime just to post.
I love this forum and I hope I can become a member.
I really don't know why it does that. Have you heard from anyone at all besides me on this? I have already e-mailed the office several times for you and at least one other person, maybe more!!! Now I'M getting frustrated!
I emailed you but I have not heard from the company I was glad thst someone else is having trouble that it was just not me. They seem to be getting or to have one email back, they are getting the same account pending or the contact administrator of forum message. I am getting and I get the email newsletters from the company and that is all. I can still post like this or ask questions this way. Krista
No, I have not heard anything, the message I received was automated. When I first started with this problem I called the customer service number listed on Secrist website. They told me I didn't need a members login or account to post (which is true) but it would be easier if I did. They also told me to have any type of account with them I had to spend over $500. I had the impression that the lady wasn't understanding what I was talking about. I'm not sure who to ask about this problem.
I finally got my members account fixed! This is what I did if anyone else is still having the same problems I had becoming a forum member.
1. Go to Members Login and type in your User Name and Password. Do Not click the Login button. Instead click on Lost Account Info.
2. A page will come up that reads: Account Information Retrieval Page. Type in your User Name/Email Address (I don't think it matters which one.) It will give two options - click on option two - Registration Confirmation. Enter the verification code and click submit.
3. You should receive a confirmation email within seconds. Once you receive the email click on the link provided to confirm your membership and you should be set!
I had the same problem a while ago, keep telling me I had wromg name in, how could that be, because thought it came up witj the email address and instead it came up with Sara Zata, stupid me. But it went on for weeks, I'll Know better next time. Glad yours is sorted.June M from Oz
Thank You Naomi! He is the Tasha Edenholm - Tanner sculpt. He was my third baby and so much fun. I'm currently working on my fourth which is Secrist's Phoebe. I started newborning in May of this year and love it. I hope to someday turn it into a business. Between my regular job and taking care of my two year old son it's sometimes hard to find the time though!
