what size disc joints?

Im sewing my first reborn doll a body for my neices xmas present, and i was told that I wouldnt need disc joints, but now that i have sewn all the peices i realise that i do. What size disc joints do I need for a size 16inch body, and are their any alternatives to disc joints?

Hi and welcome to our family forum. You're gonna love it here; everyone is so nice and willing to share information and help!

I would use "small" bear joints. You can get most sizes at Michael's. Take the body with you to make sure you get a size that fits. If you have a pre-made body you can always bring that with too. I hope this helps you. Let us know.
