Help needed with dirty nails??

I bought a reborn doll a few months ago and im not sure what happened to the nails but they are looking very dirty from changing her clothes etc and have fluff stuck to them it looks as though the top coat used has come off or is not very good but I am unsure what was used. Help??? Anyone know how I can get it clean as it looks horrible? :0(

You might try pure acetone, but that will take off any paint as well.

Also, pix should be posted in Artist Showcase only. You can post links to pix anywhere else on site.

That is why I moved the thread here to the showcase, because it had pics. Just decided it was easier.
But yes, acetone should work to remove everything from the nails. I think you may have to repaint them. The dirt is probably inbeded in the existing paint. Let us know what you decide :D
