I have several questions regarding hair. First: when I comb it, it gets all static-electricity. Can I moisten the comb with water, even though his head isn't sealed because it's not done yet?
And on that note, what do I use to style his hair? And do I only use product/water AFTER his head is completely sealed?
Oh, and how do I cut it? I bought the razor comb, but I have no idea how to style a baby's hair. It's been almost 11 years since my youngest was a baby.
Forgive the bunch of questions, but I've never gotten this far on hair before. I'm just thrilled with the look, but I want more hair on him.

Yes you can wet your comb, I cut hair with scissors I rarely use the razor, when Im all done rooting and cutting I use a leave in conditioner to style.
Because I tend to tug, I don't cut the hair to a style until I've sealed it. As I root I use a baby toothbrush to watch my progress and only dip the tip of the brush in water as lightly brush to see if it's going where it's supposed to.....
When finished and sealed, I use 5" cutting shears and cut to about the lenth of one finger (as in with the hair between my index and middle finger). I do this all over the head so I have a uniform guide. I then snip a bit here and there to create a wispy unevenness. Sorry if it sounds confusing That's how I do it Hope it helped.
Here's some more pix. It's taken with my webcam, so it's not the greatest, but I think I'm nearly done with his hair! Then to make the finishing touches on his limbs, then I get to put him together!!!
There are several threads on cutting the hair. Even posts by a person that is a stylist! She said not to cut the curly/wavy hair with the razor sheers, but to use sissors. I love the curly hair the best, and wavy is my second choice. I use a leave in moisturizer too. I also have something called "ICE" which is a type of styling gel (clear) and it makes the hair stay but without being stiff and flakey. While I'm rooting I will do about half of the hair, then wash lightly with baby shampoo and then lightly condition. Then continue on till I get all done. Glue and let it dry, then wash and condition again, cut then style.
Here are some updated pix of him. I still LOVE his hair. I got some eyelashes that I need to put on him, and I suppose I still have to do eyebrows, but I don't want to.
The pix are edited to show detail, but only by lowering or raising highlights or shadows.
His face has a matte finish on it. I LOVE this product! It's great for adding texture and dimension.
