Since we all really enjoy our time here talking to eachother and learning with and from eachother I thought I'd post this thread and anytime you feel that someone has helped you or you just want to say something nice about this family or forum posters, come her...Georgia
I'll start! I appreciate everyone's compliments and criticisms on the couple of dolls I've done so far as a newbie! I like that people are posting about their mistakes, too as we all learn from others mistakes. Thanks so much everyone!
Thank you very much, *blushing* I would like to say that I love how we all get along in this family forum. We share information, hints, even our sad, fear, or other troubles. This is truly a "family" forum. You are all what makes this forum what it is. I want to say thank you to you all! :D

This is just so uncanny, I have just posted about this same thing on the post before, not in the exact words but along the same lines. It is great that Pat has the patience to put up with our posts, Sometimes in the wrong place. LOL You can ( BLUSH ) now. But without Pat I dont think most of us would be learning or sharing. Thank You Pat, for taking the time to reply to all of us, one way or another. XXXXX June.

A heartfelt thanks goes out to all of you wonderful ladies who have been so helpful over the past year to me while I got started in this addicting hobby we have. You've patiently answered questions or directed me where to find the answers when I panicked over paints or hair or whatever.
Thank you so much for your time and devotion to this unique art!!
Missing my time to reborn my Secrist doll and visiting here. Been able to get back to normal a bit more this last week or so, but still no time to work on my doll as I cannot work on it when I'm so tired. Love to see everyone's pics! Keep 'em coming!
I work best when I'm stressed, can stay up all night , well I could a few years ago to get three dolls ready to put into comp. Mostly the late nights, tired eyes produced best of show. Guess I'm showing my age now. LOL.
I'm not too terribly (sp?) busy at this time but I don't seem to be able to get any dolls done except rooting. I'm frustrated with my computer being down and not being able to access some of my e-mails :( But rooting is going well. I'm on the 3rd head now! woohoo! lol June, you're not showing your age hun, I think we all look like that at one time or another from reborning hahaha. G... glad things are going a little better for you hun, so that you can come in here now and then again. :)
I don't look like that anymore Pat, I'll be 64 and on OLD Age Pension on the 15th next month. But I still have a sence of humour. But today is realy sressfull with family S#*t. Just changed the colour of my hair to Redish Brown and tried to streak it but they went a bit wide and a bit on the orange side so may have to get a colour correct. XXXXXX June

My husband was going to go on old age pension June 1 when he turns 65 but he thinks he wants to wait till 66. He will apply for the insurance part though cause you have to do that when you turn 65 here.
Sorry about all your stressful stuff June. BIG HUGS I had reddish brown some time ago, now it's half and half blonde/white and dark blonde. Mostly white/silver. Gonna get 12" cut off soon though. It's past my waist and getting split ends and junk! Besides, it's so thin now that in a braid it's only about 1/4 the size of a dime :O Gonna color it again after the cut.
I tried streaking my hair too soon after I colored it and the streaks went almost toe-head white! Won't make that mistake again! hahaha
