Baked doll head~Came out wrong~

Convest heat is more intense as a fan blows the heat around more evenly therefore all gets hot not just on e spot...When you convect bake you must lower the temp. by 25 degrees to get the same results...like for my cakes on convect bake - the box says 350 degrees, I have to lower it to 325 to get the same results. If you convect, lower the temp by 25 degrees or use regular bake mode NOT convect Bake...HTH!

Georgia is right about convection heat being more intense because it circulates pretty evenly, however...Genesis says not to use convection at all, and do not lower the temp or time baked as it will not fully cure the paints (all heat-set paints of any 'brand" are still Genesis).

So, what you do is to set your oven on heat, not convection, be sure to use a oven thermometer so you KNOW the temp is right as even a new oven can be off. Then bake your head as normal but this time for about 5 minutes. Vinyl has a memory and so once it is done it should come back to shape. You might let it cool with the oven door open once it's done it's time.
