If you all use our search feature and put in RDK you should find the posts on that company. I do believe her address and phone number are in one of those posts.
I got Honeyloves PM about what RDK stood for, but didn't have any information about the service there...thanks for filling me in, Pat! I will just stick with the tried's and true's...I think if I learn to do dolls well, it won't matter too much what kit I use, but I will still stick with kits from reputable dealers.
Thank you all for your reply. I ended up resolving the situation or the Bank did it. Thanks again. I love this Forum! I believe as a starting unexperienced reborner that the best it's really to buy with the reputable dealers, and the Forum have lost of info on good people out there in the Market. I shopped a couple of times with Sandie and liked it. So trial and error you know is the best way to learn.

Sandie's my girl! I use her predominantly for orders, but just tried BB as there were some great specials, and found some kis on irresistables...the one that's been around since '97 that i want.
Sandie, BB, and itsirresistable are all good companies and they are friendly. Good stuff. Just remember... the "simply irresistables" is the woman from RDK! The other woman from the irresistables has apparently sent out a note or something telling people that she is not the woman from RDK. I know she's been getting some negative feedback about that.
i got a email from rdk on the 3rd saying my order was shipped yay ! i also got a email from usps ! after almost 3 months of waiting i hope she comes !!
I got an email too. Funny thing when I entered that track number on the USPS website... for my desapointment ... they let me know that she only sent an email to them saying that my package would be shipped. That they could expect it but it does not mean that she already did it, nor intend to really do it. So wishful thinking

Give it another day and then go on usps and check the tracking. It will usually say that if they got the notice for pick up. So check again tomorrow and see. It should say where it is and when it got to the po from her. Crossing fingers!! :o
Good news and Bad news. Will start with the good one. MY ORDER CAME! Craaaaaaaaaaaaazy. Felling like I'm getting off a roller coaster. The bad news are : I'm missing one kit, and another one have a smashed head. Is there anybody that had that happening? or know how to fix a smashed vinyl head? I would appreciate any help... other than that I'll have to ship it back. Hope everybody get their order... at least better conditions than mine.

Most vinyl has a memory. If you put it in the oven like when you would bake it for reborning, then turn off the oven and leave the door open slightly letting it cool down normally, it should come back to how it is supposed to be. Otherwise like Ashley said, put it in a pan of almost boiling water for a minute or two. Then take it out and let it cool.
Good that you got your order. If the squished head gets back to normal, then all you have to do is e-mail that woman and let her know that one of your kits you ordered was not packed in the shipment. Then to be nice (IMHO) ask her if it was possibly out of stock and if so, when can you expect it. That shouldn't be too threatening to her.
Thanks for the tips. I put a cotton towel inside of it while baking it for the first couples of times and then it did not need anymore the head was fixed. I did not loose my Paisley.
Now I would like to contact her, but she does not answer to the messages on her website. I wonder if they are closed for good? Does anyone jnow a contact number for RDK?
She apparently closed that RDK business and has opened another called simply irristables and is causing a ruckus with another company who is a "reputable" dealer. The name is so close to the other name that it appears to be causing many issues. The owner of that company is apparently bringing some type of legal action against the owner of RDK.
There are all kinds of blogs and conversations about this all over the internet and within the doll community. I hope you can find this woman and settle your deal. There is was also a news show that presented an expose' an investigation on her and what she has done. I think there are other posts in our forum on her with more information.
