My first newborn- Gumdrop Course #2

Here's my first newborn Gumdrop from Course#2. My pictures are not great, but you get the gist. It was missing the eyebrow pain in the kit I got, so no eyebrows, but all the C&W, lips, and blushing. I watched Pat's DVD 3 times, and went for it! I am pleased for a first time out of the gate.

Now if the UPS man can just get here in the ice and deliver all my Secrist supplies that were due on Monday, that would be great, so I can start another one- course #3! I hope we are melted today in the Atlanta area!confuse

The UPS tracking says it's out for delivery, but it's not here, yet! I am having a cow! Come on, come on! I need my new kit! I am drooling here to do another doll! UGH! (Breathing, breathing) Liselle, are your streets all melted yet? Ours are all melted on the main roads, but the driveways and some parts of the neighborhood are still icy. We got a bubble in our pipes last night at 4:00 am and we woke up when the water heater was making a weird loud blubbling sound like it was full of fizzy water! We finally got it straightened out, bit it was scary as we have a well and we were afraid a pipe burst in the well...mega money,,,but it was just some weird bubble because all is well now. We drip the faucets, but still...stay warm! Gsmile

Not all the streets are melted. There are still some slippery shady patches, but most of it's gone. I just took it really really slow tonight and turned on my brights as often as possible to try to stay aware of the icy patches.

My Course #3- Rosie came today, finally!biggrinbiggrinbiggrin
I will wsh her and let her dry tonihgt and hopefully have a fun weekend starting on her as soon as I watch the DVD and go over my Special tutorials I got from Secrist on skin textire and veining. Wish me luck- I'm gonna need it!

**Do you think I should make Rosie a full head of brow baby mohair or a sparse one> Would love everyone's idea for her, thanks! Gsmile
