Hi Sara,

Your dolls look great!!!! But boy the one picture with all the butts in the air they will think you are showing X- rated pictures! HA! HA! I never thought about that before about putting decals on porcelain dolls. You did say they were decals didn't you? what temp wuld you fire them in a klin ? I might have to try that. Now that the holidays are over hope to get back into my dolls. Hope you had a nice holiday?

Yes they are decals, the ones on the butt I never had a problem with, normarally I just fire them with 017 cone but with the heads I have had to do three of them three times and one of the a forth time, had to sand paper the decals off and smooth the porcelain and just place a new on over the top and that worked on the 3rd try, but with the lavender had to sand it right off and put a different decal on it the same as the butt, I didn't have any 018 cones so I put them into my big kiln which is automatic and I changed the temp to 720 and on the 4th go the last one fired, so today I will be doing the legs & arms and putting them together. Porcelain can be finnikie (sp?) with decals some times, but they are beautiful hun :)
And yeh, I was going to comment about the bum shot too hehehe. Might have been better if you had gotten a shot of them from their other end June, not a money shot :O roflmbo hahaha. It looks like a lovely shop though that you have June, and right about now, with all our snow (and more on the way Thurs and Fri) that green grass sure looks good to me!!!! :D

Thanks, LIselle and Susan, Susan, I made the wigs with mohair on their head, not sure if my daughter wants hers in the pink to have shorter hair. Making dresses today. XXXXX June.

I'm slowly getting there, the bodices are done, jnust have to gather up skirts stich them together and ad the finishing touches, maybe today. Just found out I am aneamic, no wonder I have been feeling tired. Will update again when they are finally finished. XXXXX JUne.
