how do you all decide what colour hair to use, having a few problems atm, ive put black on top. dark blonde and brown cant decide what colour to use, ive even bought a light blonde and dark red to try to, waiting for them to come, its hard to decide i always had it in my mind to do her with black hair now im dithering shes already to root as well and i love her to bits already ...... inspiration please

I usually go by how their coloring comes out, light skin - light hair, ect black hair on a lighter skin baby may work if you root sparsely so it isn't too overwhelming. I picture might help to see what she looks like and enable us to give better suggestions.
the first head has the black the second is dark blonde followed by brown, sorry for the clumps just plonked on the head, the last two is of her colouring hope this helps. still mulling over it

yea the first pic is where i put a few strands over her head the second i just layered the lot on top, but yea looks like shes a red head, wasn't sure about having a red head doll, my granddaughter who i copied the colouring off is a strawberry blonde but ive strawberry blonde mohair and it didn't look right at all, that's why i didn't include it in the pictures.
