   My Reborn Buddies,

 On the one topic we were talking about how great it would be if we could all live closer together. Which it would be Wonderful!! WE would have a cafe and reborn classess. I told you I would help out in the cafe. I would make my famous Frog Eye Salad.  WELL just to let you know their is such a thing! Here is the recipe. I didn't want you to think I was pulling your leg!!! 
       
                                       Frog Eye Salad
   
           1 box acini de pepe ( little bitty round macaroni )
           1 cup sugar
           1 3/4 cups pineapple juice
           3 eggs
          1/2 tsp. salt
           1 large can drained crushed pineapple
           1large can drained pineapple tidbits or chunks
           2 large cans mandarin oranges drained 
           1 small package miniature marshmallows
           1 large container cool whip
      
         First boil the macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and cool.    
    Mix sugar with pineapple  juice,eggs, and salt . Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly,until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Cool slightly and mix with the macaroni. Refrigerate overnight.
    Next day add all fruit and marshmallows and cool whip. Toss well. Serve cold.

  Also what I do too is I put the fruit in a strainer and drain a little bit  more of the juice off before I mix it so it's not to juicy after it has sit in the refrigerater all night in a dish the juice builds back up and you don't want your salad to sloppy.
