Well this is a new one for me so I thought I'd see if anyone else has experience this. I rooted a baby about 3 weeks ago. Glued her hair (just the same as I've done before, same glue , thin coats, dry time in between no hole in the vinyl from rooting I use a 43 gauge needle) any way there is a sticky residue slowly oozing all over her head. I took it all apart thought well maybe something wasn't dry inside. hmmm nope, all dried Old glue maybe? Any thoughts? I removed the hair and because of the residue gave her painted hair but this has me baffled.

Yes that happend to me too. I used the same stuff that I used for all my babies but I had 2 babies with oily heads after a few days. I had stripped them down and couldn't find any reason for the reaction to the vinyl. I am also puzzled maybe someone else can explain this phenomena.
I haven't heard of that before. What sculpts are they? Sounds like a reaction between the vinyl and the glue. Was it only in the head where the hair was? Hmmm...
Mine was a Bryon kit from BB. It was my second one, the first one was just fine but for some reason the second one I did just oozed. I can't understand it. Yes mine was just on the head where I rooted the back of the head.

I've never heard of this problem, but sure would like to know what caused it. Did you ask BB if they've ever heard of it?
