Here are my 2 babies I'm working on.
The little one is Angela Rosa(call her Angie or Rosey)she's bald and my 2nd baby Paige by Tasha Edenholm,I feel if I put hair on her,it would her daintyness and appearnce I seek for her. She was from BB for only $34.95(Head and limbs)

The baby to the left of her in the 1st picture was my 1st reborn

I just love her little pink hat! An open eyed babe for your second reborn....WOW what a brave soul LOL Nicely done though I have to say. I didn't attempt a baby with open eyes for almost a year! I still struggled

Thank you Tina...I really do not like to even try to do closed eyed babies...don't believe I'd force myself to reborn them.
My first 2 kits were cheap ones from BB for $34.95 my 3rd kit costed me $137 total that included the body. But when I seen the Janine sculpt by Romie Strydom I just had to have it. I'm still not totally content with my work...these 2 are missing so much more..and I just don't have the knowledge yet.
I have 4 more kits that came in last week..they took so long to be delivered that I had lost the drive to start them.,and they are:

Luca by Elly Knoops
Robin by Adrie Stoete
Charlotte by Birgit Gutzwiller
Alicia by Birgit Gutzwiller(she is going to become such a pretty baby)

I also have pre-order 2 anatomic torso's by Cathy Rowland..but those will be save for 2 other extremely beautiful sculpt I want to buy..when I got the funds and they are:Holly by Cathy Rowland and Kimberly by Sebilla Bos..I honestly have to say I think the Holly sculpt by Cathy Rowland is the most beautiful baby ever.

Just buy a cheap opened eye baby kit at BB for $34.95(head and 3/4 limbs)and have fun with it,get a cheap set of eyes those Real Eyes are so-so and only about $5)
a cheap body for her/him on eBay for $11 or $12,$3 lashes,the eyes are very easy to put in,get the half rounds they easier to deal with....

But above all else be care free about it,I enjoy it when my baby looks up at me as she start to take on a whole new life,her rosie cheeks,the moister around her eyes and mouth,the mottling of her skin takes on a whole new meaning for me..my God I tell myself..I made her,she is my preciou little Angel..whethers she perfect or not,I love her.

Steven, I think you've done a great job on these baby dolls!  I can see why you love them.

Sounds like you have a plan for which doll kits to tackle next.   You have excellent taste in kits.  LOL.  Seriously, I love some of the same ones that you mentioned. Bos does some fabulous sculpts.

Welcome to the forum, if I missed saying it before.  Glad you found us!
