I found out that if I put a light cotton piece of cloth, it doesn't shine.  I forgot and left screaming baby taite in the oven for about 20 min....he was shine city...well the next time I put him in I pushed up the fiberfil around him and it worked.  The reason I noticed this was the fact that the part that was facing up (like the face) tended to get a bit shine on it.  So I got this pima cotton burp cloth or maybe baby wash cloth and laid it right over the doll parts.  Oh..and I had the convection on all that time.  try it on a test head or something...
