Hello everyone! The registration for worlds largest online doll competition runs out on the 31st of August!
This year you dont have to send your dolls to the competition (its been made easier for you!) You only have to upload them on the website and then the voting is done by all users of www.colliii.com as well as the jury which includes Elly Knoops, Sandie Unger, Petra Seiffert, Ruth Annette and more.
The winners receive their Colliii Awards in November and then are presented in Doll Reader,Discover Dolls and other magazines from January onwards. You can register your Reborns, OOAK dolls, if you are a producer you can register your doll kits or play dolls. Last year over 96.000 votes came in and this year there will be more. Last years winners came from Australia to Germany, England to Spain, so there is lots to play for!

Do you have to register before August 31, so when is the competiton? I will have to look at the site

Yes the registration date for the competition runs out at the end of August.
If you have a finished doll now then go for it! This year is pretty special too as you dont have to send the dolls in like last year.
The dolls are voted on by the users of the website (last year there were 96.000 votes that came in) and the best 15 Reborns then get nominated and then the jury casts their votes on who wins what.... Its a lot of fun, great exposure and a good way to see what the public like!

Thanks James. It is short notice. While it is such a big competion I would of like the make a very special baby, with all the details taken care of. If you still have to order the kit and then paint it, root and all that stuff......hmmm  I will be pressed for time. But who knows, just maybe there is a chance to enter. Thanks for the info

Even if you cant enter you can still vote too! Everybody that votes automatically gets entered in the free prize draw and has a chance to win prizes donated by the sponsors for example Real Effect or Simply Reborn kits, fiished dolls by Schildkröt etc, you dont have to pay a penny for that either....biggrin

I got behind for last years contest so I never entered. You go for it Ronel!

Hey James... does it talk about how to submit pics on the site? I don't remember. I mean do they have to be professional, or just nice clean digital? And what kind of views (front, profile, 3/4, etc)?

there are not too many rules about the photos. So long as they are JPEG photos.. and high quality so that if they end up in a magazine as a winner....
You have to upload 5-10 photos are its good to some of features too, rooting etc
