Welcome!

Although a heating gun can resemble a hair dryer, they are definitely not the same. A heating gun gets much hotter in less time.

Yes, the hair drier only "dry's" things where the heat gun actually heats and sets the heat-set paints, along with shrinking window and shrink-wrap, etc. I believe the heat gun reaches a temp of over 300 degrees ferenheit so it can quickly cure your paints and also melt your work if you're not careful. The heat gun also has 2 temperatures (with the click of the button), one for cooler and one for hotter (the hotter one being used for curing).

Hi Pat I love your avatar! It looks identical like Teddy from Secrist, is it a new Hope kit?

OOPS! My bad... Yes, she is indeed a Secrist Teddy. I had baby Hope in there and my avatar thing wasn't working right. So I'll go change the message now. *blush*

Thanks for the compliments on her. I named her after my Granny (Theresa Anna). :)
And I got her outfit at JCPenny (she's got several more lol). AND black patent leather crib shoes hehehe
She was also my first attempt at rooting eyebrows! :o

Why thank you much hun! :)
You don't want to see her brows close up (lol) but I might add some hairs before I adopt her out hehehe
I think I have some closeups of her on my site?

Ya, I hope she gets adopted on Etsy. I have 2 others on there now and I'm getting ready to post Hayden next. He's so cute! I just love that face! I did him as a "peaches n cream" complexion baby so he's a little different with less detail but good coloring.
