I am so sorry to hear that. I am not from Brazil and I order a lot from Sandie and I never ever had a problem with my orders. She is always quick to send the stuff. Since may... its been awhile. Hope you get your parcel soon.

They are customs babys and I am going to lose my the clients!!!I am afraid how this can reflect in my future clients! And all the money in all this!! I am felling so sad!!! First customs babies!! Check your credit card bill or check with the credit card company to see if the charge from Sandie is on your bill. If it is and you have checked with Sandie and she said she shipped it, then your next step would be to check with your local customs office. Maybe the parcel is stuck in customs for some reason. You never know what they are thinking.
These are my suggestions, maybe someone else has more, but I would do these first. Good luck and please let us know if you get your package. :)
Thank you again for all of you. I checked with the Customs, and they say it is not there. I checked with the PO and nothing either! It is lost, I assume. I don't know what do to, and I may cancel my card, but I really feel very much frustrated! Thank you again, you all are very sweet!!
I would contact Sandie again, tell her what steps you have done to track the parcel. Then see how she sent it and get a tracking number from her. Sometimes (depending on shipping method) you can go online to that company and put in the tracking number and track your package. I did that a few weeks ago with a company. The tracking number let me track the package, which by the way, had been sent to another address (not mine). I expected the package on that Monday and I thought it strange that it would travel alllll that way around to come to me, but oh well. So when that Monday came I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery. Monday came and went and when I checked with UPS the tracking showed that it had been delivered, and it said it was put on the porch!!! Well, it wasn't on MY porch because I don't have one and it wasn't even in my state!!
So I got a hold of the company where I ordered the stuff from and told them the whole situation and they were actually able to get a hold of the person where my order was delivered to by mistake and they shipped out new stuff to me. Sandie is good people and willing to work with you, so give her the information and have her help you track where your parcel is. She should be able to do that for you. I do know of one other time with someone (don't remember if it was Sandie or someone else) but the package was to go overseas but the persons credit card charge didn't go through for some reason. Thus... no order. That is why I said to make sure the charge is on your credit card bill too.
Thank you Pat. At true I have being contacting Sandie since it started to delay , I mean, when it was about a month of delay I contact her. We made all kind of research and nothing. There is no tracking. I don't speak English, who is writing for me now is my friend, so, I went to her site and bought the kits, and of course, I chose the best price I though could be to sippment. I had no clue about shipping, neither, customs, nothing. Well, last time I went back to the Post Office and Customs hopping I could find something. They asked me for the price she had declared, I assumed she had the real price, about $220.00. But when I talked with her, she said she declare $ 12.00 each kit. So, then I really lost all my hopes. Because if it was the real price, the kits would be here even if it was without tracking and insurance, the Customs would contact me and I would pay the tax. They asked also for the confirmation or receipt from the Post Office, she answered me that as she did all online, she did not have the receipt. I don't have anything against Sandie, but I think that if you have a business and send abroad, you must declare the real value on the package and also, make all the efforts to make sure the client is getting what it bought, does not matter how much it will cost to in shipments. I am very disillusioned. it is really a bad experience. so, I really dont have anything more to do Pat, unfortunately. Thank you again for you help, you are very sweet.
That is really very strange for Sandie since I have known her (been purchasing from her) she is usually very good about declaring the actual retail cost of her orders. I'm not trying to be on anyone's side here, just trying to help figure out what happened. Ok so if it's $12 per kit, then times however many kits you bought. That total should match, or at least be close. Even if the right price was not on the customs form, they (or someone there) should have the package because they usually want to get those companies that do not declare the right prices. I think that person can get a fine for doing that but I'm not sure. Maybe she made a mistake on the price, like put the wrong number or something. I'm just trying to help you figure out where your parcel went and how you can get it.
Maybe if you pm me with your name and shipping address I could contact her for you and see if I can get a better response since I do speak English. Maybe there's something she's not explaining right or something like that. I just hate it when something like this happens. I like everyone to be happy!
Thank you very much!!! I don't believe she made a mistake because I have all the emails, and she was very clear when she answer she declared $ 12.00 each kit. My friend who was mediating for me has the emails also, and I my turn have all the emails about this. I can pm as you asked me, but I think that you should be aware of all our conversation, so if you want I can ask my friend to send to you all the emails. I did not understand also when she said that about the value she declared since she was taking a risk with the Customs, not me.This was after she sent to me the copy of the Internet request to the Post Office, where it appears the date when it was requested, the name and address of the deliver, the name and address of the receiver, the weight of the parcel., and also she sent to me my invoice with her company, where the real price appears. So, she was aware of the real price. But as I said, if you want to try it is OK with me. let me know if you want all the correspondence. Thank you again!

I sent to her an email and I asked her to cancell the amount in my credit card or, send the products for me. She answered me that she is not going to do it. I am going to the Customs, and there now , is another way to take, because they are going to fill a complain against her company to investigates fraud.I really dont want to do this, but I did everything that I wa suppose to do, answer all her emails, looked for all the good ways to solve this, I payed her, so, I really dont have any more to do. But anyway, they told me that with the investigation sometimes the products appears. Thank you very much for you time I really appreciate.
