Your baby is lovely Dee, Well done. I also like her in the yellow.
PLEASE, I am not saying yours is wrong! The photos are not very clear and I know it is difficult to capture detail on an AA baby.
(IMHO) I would put more dimension on the face. You paint an AA baby the complete opposite than an european baby. Instead of blushing the high points on a light skin tone baby you leave the high points slightly paler on dark skin tone babies when you do your overall wash. You do not blush a dark skin tone baby. Don't forget to shade all the creases.
You did the palms of the hands beautiful what I can see in your last photo. The tips of the fingers should also be a lighter shade than the rest of the hands. The same with the feet. I love the color on the lips.
There is no rule. The hands are beautiful. Dark skin tone babies have a more "creamish" undertone color than pink on the palms. Like I say there is no right or wrong.
I think the coloring on the palms is just right. And the shading in the nostrils and the color on the lips is good too! Nice job. She reminds me of my neice with her coloring, and that's how her palms were, creamy light with some blushing.
Only thing I would say needs some work is her eyebrows. I would have brought them down toward the eye in the area of the bridge of the nose. They seem to be a little high.
All in all, a good job. :) I have to give you kudos as it can be difficult to get the coloring and shading right on babies of color. You are coming along nicely :)
