This little darlin' is a "custom" for my 8-year-old granddaughter. She picked out the sculpt (Berenguer open-eye Rosebud) and the eye and hair color. Rooting that hard vinyl took a toll on my needle supply .
What a cutie, I agree with you about the hard heads I used wigs on my first 3 dolls, they look ok but not like rooting, I don't use those kind any more. I know that your granddaugther loves her, good job.
Thirteen, You have done a marvelious job rooting that Beranguar, the heads are so hard, remember to use a cup of water in the microwave when your heating your rice, that way it doesn't burn. My first few were Beranguar as I didn't know any different. But have since leart there is a world of beautifull sculps out there. It took me about 6 hrs constent rooting to do the first one. as I also didn't know that you could sand the marks of the head. But have since read it is better to leave the on. XXXXX June.
