Another Sera. Dolly #4 for me. Such an enjoyable past-time. I just wish there was a class somewhere in this province, or more on-line classes. Going the 'self-taught' route isn't the easiest! Greetings from Linda in B.C.!

Hi my name is Judy and I'm a newbie. I have just ordered my first 2 kits this morning and I am very excited but also nervous. This site is so helpful and everyone seems so friendly. I just had to stop and post when I saw your little Sera. You have done a beautiful job and I have fallen Totally in Love with her.
I just love my Marrissa May babies. I have all three and have been watching to see when BB gets them in stock again. I've never seen them get so low in stock..maybe just more people are buying. Anyway I just love the way you did Sera. I would like to do another sera and sam. I did Sam as a girl and call her Samantha. Sometimes it bothers me to think of selling any of them. lol. I haven't done a Lucy, but that was the first doll I bought. She had a beautiufl bonnet and long dress that was made for her and then some sheer cape like thing that went around her. I still have her, but she has become very shiny and also bluish in some places. What color hair did you use? Is it a straight, wavy or what? I just like it. fI went and got my Sera and got my mom to come and look at them. I was showing her how everyone does it different You baby is a little more fair with the dark hair and mine is just a bit darker with strawberry curly hair.

Hi Linda, she is so cute! I love the hair, all curly, I hope you leave her hair like this, it's so pretty. I haven't learnt the art of rooting yet, as I am still practising... I've been looking on ebay at the babies that are selling, and it's slow in the UK as well. Hope you do well though with Sera, I think she is pretty! :o)
