After being at the doll show in Brisbane last Sunday, we were very tired when we got home. ( in the mean time after we had packed and was on our way home I called my son to see how his weekend was with his three girls, he said he had a lovely time.) After going to a BBQ with some girls, left to walk home and two blokes pulled up just past where he was crossing the road, they got out of the car walked toward him one from the front and one from the back kicked him anda punched him ans stomped on his head and back, fracturing two ribs, breaking his nose and beating him untill he was unconcious. I received the phone call from him at 11 am the next day. He woke in hospital not knowing what had happed. He had an eye wittness and he rang police and ambo's and got the no plate rego. They have to go to court by the end of the month. Being charged with robbery and assult. I am lucky to have him alive. What is our world coming to. He has just moved to a sleepy little beach town so his children have something to do when they visit. I real hope they throw the book at them. XXXX June.
I am sorry to hear that but I am glad that he is still with you. We are all fed up with crime. The innocent has no rights. I think crime is world wide and they play it, as if it is an international sport. The robbers will get their day!!!
Hugs
Edited because I still wanted to wish you a happy b/day.

Oh June hun! I am so sorry to hear about your son, but like the others said here... I too am very glad he will recover. I hope they throw more than the book at those 2 bloody blokes!!! Maybe they ought to go head to head with a really big roo! That'll teach em!
It's almost like people are going crazy and learning from the terrorists! My gosh, are we all going off the deep end? It is scarry! I have to carry mace/pepper spray at my school cause 2 people got a little too in my face and were trying to start a riot and I was in the middle trying to keep the peace.
But I hope he gets better and those 2 miserable beings get more than they have coming to them. Your son will be in my prayers for a full recovery hun. :)
Thanks Pat, I dont know how he is realy feeling, as he left our nest and got a unit about 80 kgs from us but has been coming back to stay most of the last two weeks. I think it will take awile for him to trust anyone again. And I hope the two sods get what is coming to them. Jail is too good. They should bring back stoning them. Thanks heaps for your support everybody. XXXX June.
Haven't heard from the police yet, if they have been charged, we have rang twice but the constable wasn't there and was to ring back. We will ring again this week. It all depending on wether they pleaded guilty. They can put it off a couple of times and then if they dont go to court, a warrent is issued. Outside he has healed, but he keeps a lot bottled up. Last year he went fishing overnight, and rang the next morning for us to go and get him, we just got the boat out of the water and up the ramp, and a lady yelled out he's jumped, after realizing what she had said, he just took the boat trailer off the car and let it all rung back into the water, and as he only had reverse gear, drove the boat backwards, untill he found the man had surfaced, he pulled him along side of the boat and drove to a ramp, had to wait for the police to pull him out of the water, and put him on a little jetty. He couldn't be revieved. Zane had a terriable time coping with that and when I reached him, he just buckled at the knees. He is kind at heart but sometimes doesn't stop to think. If anything happened to Sam and or myself, I don't think he would cope. Thanks for asking. XXXXX June.
