6" mini kit for kids?

My daughter is 11 and loves to watch/help me with reborning. I was wondering if the 6" mini kit would be a good starter kit for her? I haven't done any of the mini's yet. I didn't wnat to spend the $$$ on her a big kit. What are your thoughts or suggestions?

I think that would be great! I taught my neighbor girl when she was 9. Worked out well. Her attention span was short so i thought small and quick. You can use the 3 step process with her. Let us know how it goes and post some pics in the artist showcase. :)
