Taffy in the green outfit is one of my first that I made for Tomatoe Jam77 forxmas2007, The other one in blue was made on the 18-4-08 The one in the Green is Tallis Samuel, And the other is Ethan Henry. (((LOVE))) june M

this sculpt hasn't captured me -- not your work, the sculpt. I did her also, she was my first kit baby having only done berenguers before her. She's still probably the baby i'm least proud of. She sold, i don't remember what for, but i hated her. *sorry to secrist and the suclpt artist who created her*

Thats OK naomi, I don't expect that every one likes the same baby, Tamara loves hers as I did it for Tallis with his white hair, the other one I had no chose in chosing as on of my other sculps, I think it was Zoe got damaged and replaced, that's the only way I did the second one.weirdface(((HUGS)))June M

I tend to prefer darker haired babies so my favorite is the one in blue.

I know that little Princess, not everyone has to like the same sculps, and that is what I tought my classes, we don,t all see the same thing the same way, how boreing would life be if that was the case We,d all live in the same type of house and have the same type of furniture, but hopefully, someone willjust love him for him.weirdfaceJunr M fromOz

I've always wanted to do a Taffy...By the way the two babies are so different from each other. I wouldnt of guessed they were done by the same artist

Kat, As you can see, the one in the green is Tallis Samuel and I made him for my daughter for Xmas, Tallis was about 5 1/2 mths old but he still has white blond, very short hair, so I tried to do him a bit like one of his chubby baby photo's he was 9lb 5 ozs born,  The other Ethan Henry takes after my Dad a bit skinny when he was young and dark curly hair. I think it comes through in your work on what your thinking at the time.weirdfaceJune M from Oz

very cool, I loved seeing the same sculpt done different ways by the artist. Does anyone else have pictures they could group together of the same sculpt? Or would it be possible to start a thread titled Secrist Taffy and everyone puts their photos of that sculpt in? And we do the same for the different sculpts, not sure if multiple pics can be done in one thread. I think it is so cool to see how one artist or multiple artists do the same sculpt differently. I also find that some of the sculpts I did not like so much on the main site become more apealing seeing how someone else has done it.

Christie , that wouldn't be a bad suggestion, what does everyone think, But I think It would have to be with Secrists kits, because a lot of us are unable to get the other ones, Mainly cost wise for me. (((Hugs)))weirdfaceJune M from Oz
