Sneak Peak at Juliette (Jonas sculpt)

Juliette isn't quite finished.  Her body is assembled but she needs to be rooted and then have her head attached!  I was so excited to have the limbs finally finished that I just had to try on her outfit.  It is a 0-3 months.   She has socks that match (but I have to find them) and I plan to buy her a pair of jeans, too.  Gymboree has a similar design again so I may get a sweater, too. 

Anyhow, this is a quick flash photo of her!

Thanks! I painted her back in June. Then just repainted her limbs. She has been lots of work. Maybe that is why I couldn't wait!  Rooting her hair is going to be something else, I'm sure.

 I,m not familiar with a lot of sculpters, as I,ve only done, Hannah by Elly knoops ,Brian from the netherlands, Three Berenguars and the rest have been Secrists, I have Starlight in kit form but ...........there you go, haven,t plucked up the courage to do her yet, I want to wait untill I can get the Genesis paints.  Nope!  She is mine!  She is my first "big" baby that fits in real baby clothes! LOL.

 Me either!  I loved this sculpt for a while before I finally bought it when it went on sale.  I'm having to wait patiently for my mohair, now.  I hope to have her finished by the end of next week.

Loves - i have many times just put my limbs and head in an outfit b/c i couldn't wait to see how it would look, even before i have a body for them. LOL I've also dressed lots of headless babies too!! Heehee

look forward to seeing more pic's of your Juliette. What colour hair is she getting?
