 Explain why you dont want to use hot water  or heat, are the eyes set in with glue or a white substance. I didn,t realize she made vynal dolls only porcelain. Acetain should take off the glue of it isnt able to be taken off with water. Need some more details.weirdfaceJune M from Oz
