Everyone, I would like to introduce you to Molly Lou, an 8 inch reconstructed Lots to Love Berenguer. She's going to get a new body this week, the one I made is pretty good, but I want to alter it some more. And I want to put polly pellets in her instead of Soup Mix! haha. I ran out of cable ties while I was finishing her, so her undergarment is holding her legs on, and her head is going to be put on a different way when I do the new body.. (which is made of hemp jersey!).
She's painted in acrylics but I have not lacquered her, which resulted in a few scratches in the paint that i need to fix! argh. And when I took her outside I realised she had a few really yellow bits (thanks to my very high pigments), so I need to blue her up in some spots, and flesh her up in a couple more. She seems to be a bit speckledy in some spots, but It's not as bad as it sounds because it just gives her a new dimention..
So, without further ado, I present Molly Lou. (Lunarose is the etsy name I trade under in case anyone is wondering...)
I'll do some more close ups on her hands and feet when I finish her completely. I bought her outfit today at the doll fair for $5 for the set!

Awwwh.. thanks! I should add that the photos are a bit blue because of the weather here... and they are very grainy because i had the wrong setting on my camera!! need to remember to change the settings back!!!
I have three of those little 8" Berengaur babies they have been painted for about 2 months but I haven,t had time to root their hair, those ones I did paint their eye brows, that when I learnt that the reborns did have painted eyebrows. I,ll have to get myself into gear and get the hair done.June M from Oz.
