I think I am addicted!

I am almost finished my second baby, the first I have rooted.  She is looking pretty good, but the hair got too thick because I broke all my nice thin needles and went out an got more felting needles, not ordering the same ones I used.  So now I have decided to make my Zoe a twin (with brown hair lol!) and take my time and really do the micro rooting right.  Wish me luck!smile

Good luck. It is addicting. I finished painting one last week and this week I'm painting two! I have one more sculpt then I'll be out. When I'm completely done I think I'll have completed 12 dolls in less than a year. I am definitely addicted. Now, if I could only get my mottling to come out right...

I've done over 50 babies in 6months. So yeah i'm addicted in a big way *giggles*

talking about shows....

I've also just committed to doing a craft show in August which is over three days, exhibit and sales. I'll also be the only one there with reborns and apparently their is a big demand as they had another woman do it a few yeas ago with the reborns and every year since there have been requests.

So i'm aiming for 30 babies to be complete for the showing, and i'll still need to sell one a week on ebay - so in the next 6 weeks i'm looking at wanting to complete 36 babies.... hmmm not sure if it can be done - quality still comes before quantity.

i do speand long hours on my babies though, to the complete exclusion of everything else. I'll happily spend from about 8am till 9 or 10pm everyday working on a baby. they've become my entire life!!!

i think i'm more than addicted... i'm obsessed!!!
