Hi everyone! I'm a newbie in every sense of the word...new to the forum, new to collecting reborns, and brand new to reborning. I have a ton of questions to ask as time goes by for now I have a somewhat urgent question...I ordered a couple of kits last week and when they arrived, I noticed that one of the eye sockets is split perpendicularly. The tutorials I've seen on Youtube say that I should make a horizontal cut for the eyes (at the top of the socket, if I remember correctly) or the eye will fall out. My question is whether I should return the kit for a replacement, or if this is something I can work around.
FYI the kit is Mila by Sheila Michael and the neck opening is very small. He's going to be a real stinker to insert the eyes into to begin with. LOL I may save him for when I've had some experience....
